Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start: connect your channels, invite your team, and run your real inbox for two weeks. You only pay when the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. Most teams have their whole company connected within the first 30 minutes.
Every plan is a monthly subscription billed through Shopify's secure checkout. You pay for the month ahead and the plan renews automatically until you cancel.
Yes. Cancelling stops the subscription at the next billing date — you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No cancellation fees.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like — the new plan takes effect from your next billing date, so you never pay twice for the same month.
