Everything about DijiStream — connecting channels, your data, teams, and billing.
Getting started
DijiStream is a multi-channel CRM for customer conversations. It brings your WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and email messages into one shared inbox, gives every conversation a place in a sales pipeline, and shows you which channel — and which ad — each customer came from. It runs in your browser as a monthly subscription; there's nothing to install.
Sign in, pick the channel, and authorize it — one API key, about a minute per channel. No developers, no CSV imports, no setup calls. Once authorized, messages start flowing into your inbox right away, and each additional channel takes the same minute.
Not sure where to find your key? Every channel has a full step-by-step guide built right into DijiStream — with a picture-style visual cue for every click, written so a total beginner can follow it. Just log in, open Settings → Channels, choose your channel, and follow along.
Messaging: WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Instagram DMs, and Facebook Messenger. Email: Gmail or any IMAP inbox. Plus phone calls (via Twilio), your Shopify store, your WordPress site, Google reviews, and YouTube comments. Each connected account counts as one channel — for example one WhatsApp number, one Instagram account, or one email inbox. TikTok, Google Ads and Reddit are coming soon — approval from those platforms is in progress and they'll switch on automatically. The number of channels you can connect depends on your plan; Scale and above remove the limit.
Yes — that's the point. Every plan includes team seats (Starter 1, Growth 3, Pro 10, Scale unlimited). Teammates share the same inbox, conversations can be assigned to an owner, and every message keeps its full history so anyone can pick up where a colleague left off.
Head to account.dijistream.com and create your workspace with your email address — no card is needed to begin. You start on a 14-day free trial with full access, so you can connect a channel and watch your first messages arrive within a minute of signing in. DijiStream runs entirely in your browser, so there's nothing to download and nothing to install.
No. Connecting a channel means signing in to that account and granting permission — DijiStream handles the rest, and most channels take about a minute. There are no servers to configure, no code to write and no CSV imports needed to get going. If you can log in to your Instagram or Google account, you can set up DijiStream.
DijiStream is a browser-based web app, so it works in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox — on a laptop, desktop or tablet. There's no app to install and no desktop client; you simply sign in at account.dijistream.com from whichever device you're using. Your workspace and full conversation history are available wherever you log in.
Inbox & replying
Today you reply straight from the panel on email, WhatsApp and Telegram — the customer receives it on that channel, sent from your own account, so you never switch apps. Your other connected channels (Instagram, Messenger, Google reviews and more) flow into the same inbox so you can read, assign, tag and track them; in-panel replying for those is rolling out channel by channel.
On the Growth plan and above, DijiStream imports your last 90 days of conversation history when you connect a channel, so your inbox starts with context instead of a blank page.
Every conversation can be placed on a kanban board with stages you define — new, contacted, quoted, won. Drag conversations between stages, give each one an owner, and nothing sits forgotten in a chat thread.
On Pro and above, you can set rules that route conversations automatically — for example, send new Instagram messages to a specific teammate, or auto-assign by channel or lead status so the right person picks it up. Fast answers stop being luck and start being a process.
No. Your replies are delivered through your own connected accounts, so a WhatsApp message arrives from your business number, a Telegram message from your own bot and an email from your own address. Customers simply receive a normal reply on the channel they wrote from — DijiStream stays behind the scenes.
Your own. Email replies are sent from the address and domain you connected, so customers see your familiar business email rather than anything with "DijiStream" in it. Your reply also stays in the same thread the customer started, so the conversation reads naturally on their side.
DijiStream matches contacts using details like phone number, email and name, so someone who writes on WhatsApp and later emails is recognised as one customer with a single history. When it isn't completely sure, it flags a Close Match instead of merging automatically — a suggestion you can review and confirm. That keeps your contact list tidy without ever risking a wrong merge.
Privacy & security
Yes. Your conversations belong to you — we don't sell or share them. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the teammates you invite, and you can export your contacts and conversations as CSV on Pro and above.
Only the seats you invite to your workspace. Each teammate signs in with their own account, and you control who is on the team from your workspace settings.
Your access runs to the end of the billing period you've paid for. After that, ask us to delete your workspace and we'll permanently remove your data — send the request from the account's email address via the contact page.
Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure within the EU, and it's encrypted both in transit and at rest — protected as it travels and while it's stored. Access is limited to the teammates you invite, and we never sell or share your conversations. Keeping your data in the EU also helps us meet European data-protection standards.
Yes. DijiStream is built to comply with the GDPR: your data stays in the EU, is used only to provide the service to you, and remains yours. You can export your contacts and conversations as CSV on Pro and above, and you can ask us to permanently delete your workspace at any time — send the request from the account's email address via the contact page. If you need a data-processing agreement, just ask.
Billing & plans
Every plan is a monthly subscription billed through Shopify's secure checkout. You pay for the month ahead and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. No setup fees, no long contracts.
Yes. Cancelling stops the subscription at the next billing date — you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and there are no cancellation fees.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like — the new plan takes effect from your next billing date, so you never pay twice for the same month.
Every plan has the full inbox, contacts, and pipeline. Tiers differ by how many channels and seats you get, plus features like reports, history import, automations, and CSV export. See the full comparison on the pricing page.
Everything in Scale plus AI replies and auto-triage — AI drafts the first response and routes conversations to the right teammate. It's coming soon and can't be purchased yet; contact us if you'd like to be notified when it launches.
Yes — every new workspace begins with a 14-day free trial with full access, and no card is required to start. Nothing is charged during the trial; when the 14 days are up you simply choose a plan to carry on. If you decide not to subscribe, your workspace pauses rather than being deleted straight away, so you can pick up where you left off if you change your mind.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions ranging from £9 to £149 a month, depending on the channels, seats and features you need. They're billed through Shopify's secure checkout, with no setup fees and no long contracts. You can see exactly what each tier includes on the pricing page.
Yes. Paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee — if DijiStream isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your payment and we'll refund it. Just send the request from your account's email address via the contact page. This is separate from the free trial, which already lets you try everything before you pay at all.
Troubleshooting
Most sync issues are fixed by re-authorizing the channel: open the channel settings, disconnect, and connect again. If messages still don't arrive, tell us which channel and roughly when it stopped — we'll investigate.
You've probably reached your plan's seat limit — Starter has 1 seat, Growth 3, and Pro 10. Upgrading from the pricing page raises the limit from your next billing date; Scale removes it entirely.
Start with the support page — it covers the most common topics and has a contact form at every step. We reply personally, usually within one business day.
First, check the channel still shows as connected in your settings, and that the message isn't simply hidden by a tag or filter you've applied to your inbox view. New messages normally arrive within moments; if one is genuinely missing, re-authorising the channel refreshes the connection. If it still doesn't appear, tell us the channel and roughly when it was sent, and we'll investigate.
Channels can drop when the connected account's permission expires, a password changes, or the platform revokes access — it's normal and quickly fixed. Open the channel's settings, reconnect, and sign in again to restore the flow of messages. If the same channel keeps dropping, get in touch so we can look into what's triggering it.
Duplicates usually appear when the same person reaches you on two channels before DijiStream has linked them together. Check your Close Matches, where suggested duplicates are listed, and merge the ones that are genuinely the same person into a single contact. Merging keeps their full history together, so no messages are lost.
Channels & connecting
You connect a WhatsApp Business number through Meta's secure sign-in, granting permission to read and send messages on that number. Once it's authorised, incoming WhatsApp chats land in your shared inbox and your replies go back out from your own business number. Each WhatsApp number counts as one channel.
You'll need an Instagram professional account (business or creator) linked to a Facebook Page. Sign in through Meta and grant the messaging permission, and your DMs begin flowing into the inbox where you can read, assign, tag and track them. In-panel replying to Instagram is rolling out — for now you reply today on email, WhatsApp and Telegram.
Connect the Facebook Page you use for customer chats through Meta's sign-in, granting the messaging permission. Messenger conversations then appear in your shared inbox, where you can read, assign, tag and track them. In-panel replying for Messenger is rolling out — you reply today on email, WhatsApp and Telegram. One Page counts as one channel.
Sign in to your Google or email account and grant permission to read and send mail on your behalf. Incoming emails then appear as conversations in your inbox, and your replies are sent from your own address — customers see your normal business email, never a DijiStream one. Existing threads stay intact, so your reply lands in the same conversation the customer started.
Connect your Google Business Profile through Google's secure sign-in and grant permission to read and respond to reviews. New reviews then arrive in your inbox as they're posted, and you can reply publicly without leaving the panel. Each Business Profile location counts as one channel.
Sign in with the Google account that owns your YouTube channel and grant read access to your comments. Comments on your videos then appear in your inbox, where you can read and track them in one place rather than scrolling each video. Replying to comments from the panel is coming soon.
Install and authorise the DijiStream app for your store from within your workspace — a couple of clicks, with no coding. Once connected, customer enquiries from your Shopify store flow into your shared inbox alongside every other channel, so you can reply from the same place you handle WhatsApp and email.
Connect your WordPress site so DijiStream pulls in comments and contact-form enquiries — they appear in your inbox next to every other channel, and your reply is recorded against the customer's contact, so enquiries from your site stop living in a separate admin area. When you connect, DijiStream shows you a short, beginner-friendly step-by-step guide inside the panel — no technical knowledge needed.
Yes. Connect your Twilio voice account and DijiStream logs every inbound call — the caller's number, the time and the duration — as a lead in your inbox, so phone enquiries sit alongside your chats, emails and reviews. The caller is matched to a contact automatically, and the panel walks you through connecting step by step. (Placing calls from the panel is coming in a later release.)
Not yet — TikTok, Google Ads and Reddit are marked coming soon and can't be connected today. When they go live they'll join your inbox in the same one-minute way as every other channel. Keep an eye on the pricing page, or contact us to be told when they launch.
Customers & pipeline
Tags are labels you add to conversations or contacts — such as "VIP", "refund" or "wholesale" — to organise and find them quickly. You can filter your inbox by tag to focus on one type of enquiry, and combine tags with your pipeline stages to keep work moving. They're the simplest way to bring order to a busy inbox.
Yes. Every customer has a contact record that holds their details, your tags, internal notes and their complete conversation history in one place. Notes are shared with your team, so context stays with the customer rather than in one person's memory. One person can have many conversations but a single, unified profile.
Team & permissions
Yes. Any conversation can be given an owner, so it's clear who's responsible for replying and the rest of the team can see what's already being handled. This stops two people answering the same customer and stops enquiries slipping through the cracks. On Pro and above you can also assign conversations automatically with rules.
Remove them from your workspace settings and their access ends immediately, but their past conversations and notes stay in the shared history. That frees a seat so you can invite someone new within your plan's limit, and no customer context is lost when a colleague moves on.
Reporting & attribution
Reporting shows where your conversations and customers are coming from — which channels are busiest and how your volume is trending — so you can see what's actually working. It turns a busy inbox into numbers you can act on. Reports are included on the plans that offer them; the pricing page shows which tier you need.
Yes. DijiStream records which channel every conversation arrived on and, where the information is available, which campaign or ad brought the customer in. So when someone clicks through from an ad and messages you, that conversation is attributed to its source. You can then see which channels and ads produce real enquiries, not just clicks.
