Getting started

Open the connector, sign in and authorise the account — WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email or reviews. It takes about a minute each, with no developers or CSV imports. Messages start flowing straight away, and you can optionally backfill 30–90 days of history.

DijiStream matches on email, phone, name and order details. An exact match (same email, phone or order) merges automatically; a partial match (same name, no other detail) waits in the Close Matches queue for you to confirm or reject in one click. A sweep every 15 minutes re-checks older unmatched messages too.

As you. Replies are sent from your own connected account or your own email domain, so the customer sees your name — never "via DijiStream".

No. DijiStream suggests — "this looks paid, mark it Won?" — but never acts without you. There are no surprise automations.
