Refund Policy
Every new DijiStream subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, and you can cancel anytime with effect at the end of your current billing period. Here is exactly how refunds and cancellations work — and, because your panel holds the only copy of your workspace data and we keep no backups, why you should export anything you want to keep before you go.
14-Day Guarantee
Request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of being charged. No questions asked.
Cancel Anytime
Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you are simply not charged again.
Back to Your Card
Approved refunds are returned via Shopify Payments to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.
Export Before You Go
Your DijiStream panel holds the only copy of your workspace data — we keep no backups. Whether you refund or cancel, it is retained for 30 days for reactivation and then permanently deleted, so export anything you need first.
01
Overview
DijiStream is a monthly software subscription billed through Shopify, with plans from £9 to £149 per month that renew automatically until cancelled. We want you to subscribe with confidence, so your first subscription payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If anything is not right, email us at it@dijistream.com and we will help. Billing and refunds both run through Shopify, so any refund is returned to your original payment method there.
One thing to know up front: your DijiStream panel holds the only copy of your workspace data and we keep no backups, so please export anything you want to keep before you request a refund or cancel — see the section 'What a Refund or Cancellation Means for Your Data' below.
The guarantee covers your first payment. If DijiStream is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first charge and we will return it in full — no questions asked. Renewal payments after the first are not covered by the guarantee; to avoid a renewal, simply cancel before your next billing date.
02
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of the date you were charged. You do not need to give a reason, and the guarantee applies to every plan tier.
When a refund is approved, we cancel the subscription and return the amount via Shopify Payments to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
A refund also ends your access to the DijiStream panel. Your workspace data then follows the same path as any cancellation — it is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted — and because we keep no backups, that deletion cannot be reversed. Export anything you want to keep before you request a refund; see the section 'What a Refund or Cancellation Means for Your Data' below.
03
How to Request a Refund
Email us
Send an email to it@dijistream.com from the email address on your DijiStream account, within 14 days of your first payment.
Tell us it's a refund
Say you would like a refund under the 14-day guarantee. A reason is optional and never required within the guarantee window.
We process it
We cancel the subscription and refund your first payment to your original payment method via Shopify Payments. The amount typically lands within a few business days, and your access to the DijiStream panel ends once the refund is issued.
04
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. After you cancel:
- Your plan stays fully active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- No further charges are made after that date.
- Your access to the DijiStream panel ends when that paid period ends, after which your workspace enters the 30-day retention window described below.
- Outside the 14-day guarantee window, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing period.
To cancel, use the subscription management link in your order confirmation email, or email it@dijistream.com from your account email address and we will cancel it for you.
05
What a Refund or Cancellation Means for Your Data
Ending your subscription — whether you cancel it or take a refund under the guarantee — does not erase your workspace on the spot. Your workspace, including the messages, leads, contacts, comments, reviews and orders imported into DijiStream along with your connected-platform settings, is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends. A cancellation lets you reactivate during that window and pick up exactly where you left off; after a refund the subscription is closed, but the same 30-day retention still applies before deletion. After the 30 days, the workspace and everything in it are permanently deleted.
This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. DijiStream keeps no backups of workspace data — the copy in your panel is the only copy that exists — so once your account has been refunded or closed and the retention window has passed, the imported messages, leads, contacts, comments, reviews, orders and settings are gone for good and cannot be recovered, by you or by us. For that reason, please export anything you want to keep before you request a refund or cancel, while you still have access to your panel.
You can export your data at any time while your subscription is active by emailing it@dijistream.com from your account email address, and you can also ask us to export it, or to delete your workspace earlier, during the 30-day window. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle and delete your data, and our Terms of Service for how subscriptions end and accounts are closed.
Before you go, export your data. Your DijiStream panel holds the only copy of your workspace data — we keep no backups — so once your workspace is deleted after the 30-day retention window it cannot be recovered by you or by us. Export anything you want to keep before you request a refund or cancel.
A note on billing errors: if you are ever charged incorrectly — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or the wrong amount — tell us and we will put it right, regardless of the 14-day window.

Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. DijiStream is sold by PITIR TECH, a trading name of Ninu Limited (UK). Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Starting with the 14-Day Free Trial
You can try DijiStream free for 14 days before paying anything. The trial is self-serve, needs no payment card, and takes no money from you — so if you decide during the trial that DijiStream is not for you, there is simply no payment to cancel and nothing to refund. You can walk away at any time.
You only pay when the trial ends and you choose to continue, by subscribing to a plan through Shopify. From that first paid charge, the 14-day money-back guarantee described above begins. In short:
- During the free trial: no charge, so no refund is needed — cancel any time with nothing to pay.
- After you subscribe: your first payment is protected by the 14-day money-back guarantee.
09
Trial and Guarantee Are Two Separate 14-Day Windows
Because both the free trial and the money-back guarantee last 14 days, it is worth being clear that they are separate and do not overlap:
- The free-trial 14 days run from when you sign up and end before any money changes hands.
- The guarantee 14 days run from your first paid charge, which only happens if and when you subscribe.
So subscribing after a free trial does not use up your guarantee — the guarantee clock starts fresh at your first payment, whether or not you trialled first.
10
Changing Plans: Upgrades, Downgrades and Proration
You can move between plan tiers at any time from your subscription settings or by emailing us.
- Upgrading to a higher tier takes effect straight away, so you can use the new features. Shopify handles any adjustment for the remainder of your billing period at checkout.
- Downgrading to a lower tier takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep the features you have paid for until the end of the current period.
- Outside the 14-day money-back guarantee, plan changes do not create a pro-rata refund for the tier you are leaving; they change what you pay going forward.
If a plan change ever results in an incorrect charge, tell us and we will put it right, as set out in the billing-errors note above.
